By July 1, 2022, the Transparency in Coverage (TiC) Final Rule mandates the posting of “machine-readable files” on the public website of group health plans and health insurance issuers. A machine-readable file is a digital representation of data and information that can be imported or read by a computer system for processing without human intervention.
